Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle to ensure solutions address market needs and deliver value.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability, customer retention, and acquisition.

Product Promotion & Advocacy

• Define and communicate the market message for assigned products.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and materials.
• Provide training and conduct presentations to internal teams and customers.

Portfolio & Revenue Management

• Continuously assess economic conditions to inform pricing, positioning, and profitability strategies.
• Integrate assigned products into sales planning and ensure alignment with revenue goals.

Product Development & Operational Support

• Identify and validate market problems through customer and market research.
• Partner with operations teams to maintain product stability, refine escalation protocols, and drive process improvements.
• Develop testing criteria for new products and enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven product management experience in banking, with a focus on payments, treasury management, or fraud solutions.
