Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing the E-mobility product/solution strategy with key business partners.
- Developing marketing content around our E-mobility solutions.
- Using technical product selection tools to select products based on customer requirements/RFQ’s.
- Generating system/product proposals to mobile OEM’s, collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
- Leading all company US Division product strategies for E-Mobility.
- Collaborating globally with E-mobility teams on product and market strategies and their tactical implementation.
- Leading divisions regarding productionization of developed E-mobility products and systems.
- Providing Voice of Customer (VoC) to our Product Divisions for new product development.
- Representing company with customers and accompany Sales Managers to customer locations selling our technology and advanced systems.
- Provide support to application engineering and field sales (Distributor and RSM).
- Handle quotations and price strategies and prepare price lists.
- Responsible for distributor, RSM and customer service training initiatives.
- Recommend new products/modifications.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ product management, technical sales, engineering experience for manufacturing
- Experience with electrification / e-mobility is a big plus; would consider other manufacturing verticals for the right candidate
- 30% travel as required
