About the Role:
As the Product Manager for CarbonHub, you will own the lifecycle of this innovative software product. Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, you'll play a critical role in transforming CarbonHub into a robust, market-leading solution. As the owner of CarbonHub, here is what you can expect over the first 12 months:
- Engage with customers and the sales team to identify and prioritize key features that enhance the product's value and market fit.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions to help sustainability managers scale carbon accounting efficiently.
- Lead collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and support their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Engage with customers and analyze market trends to identify pain points and uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and go-to-market success.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and customer feedback, driving ongoing enhancements.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align priorities, progress, and expectations.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in an agile environment managing the full product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, engaging with customers, and releasing commercially available products and features (not internal tools).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and marketing teams, to support go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and ensure successful product adoption.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies coupled with a firm understanding of the SDLC.
- Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products; ideally, experience taking a product from MVP to market adoption
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the energy and sustainability industry is strongly preferred.
Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000
Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
