Headquartered in NYC, we currently operate in NYC and London and are looking to expand to Philadelphia, Washington DC, San Francisco, Atlanta, Miami, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Dubai, Istanbul and many others in the next few years.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development: Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with the overall business goals.
- Feature Definition: Gather and prioritize product requirements and define the product vision. Translate this vision into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and other teams to ensure business goals are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams.
- Product Launch: Plan and oversee the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and more. Deeply understand customer and internal user needs, difficulties, and behaviors through research, user feedback, and market analysis. Use insights to advise product decisions and prioritize product backlog items.
- Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics, measure and analyze product performance for improvements, continuously increasing revenue and profit.
- Market Insight: Keep abreast of the competition, market trends, and technology advancements.
- Feedback Collection: Engage with users, customers, developers, and stakeholders during key phases of the product lifecycle. Collect and analyze feedback to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Financial Forecasting: Manage the product’s P&L, including budgeting and forecasting. Ensure that the product contributes positively to the organization’s finances.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of product management experience
- Proven track record of driving product and business success
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen and revenue orientation
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze and process data to find insight, identify opportunities and track results.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a willingness to make quick decisions based on continuous prioritization and evolving business needs.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with superior quality standards
- Strong project management skills
- Must be able to work out of our NYC office full-time - not a hybrid or remote role
- This position requires 45 hours a week

Compensation: $165k-$200k base salary plus bonus
