Location: Denver, CO. This role is fully onsite.

As a Product Manager – Supply Chain, you will play a key role in solving complex challenges by leading innovation, accelerating delivery, and inspiring the team to ship impactful solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clear and prioritized backlog of valuable features.
- Push the team to deliver faster and more efficiently.
- Rapidly develop and ship high-quality features that address customer challenges and align with business goals.
- Build operational context to support customer training, user onboarding, and issue resolution.
- Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
Within the First 30 Days You Will:
- Gain deep knowledge of the company’s existing products, technical architecture, and data.
- Become an expert on the target users and customers.
- Build operational context to ensure effective customer training and support.
- Understand competitive advantages, market differentiation, business strategy, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills and a proactive mindset.
- Solid experience in software development.
- Background in building customer-facing enterprise products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SQL.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or founder.
- Demonstrated success in building customer-facing enterprise products.
- Experience working with high-performance teams to exceed business goals.
- Proficiency in SQL.
Compensation:
$130,000 - $180,000
