Title: Product Manager (Data/Cloud/Machine Learning)
Location: Marysville, OH (Hybrid of minimum of 2 days onsite along with remote work)

This Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's data-driven, cloud-native, and machine learning projects . They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality. The Product Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining product framework, schedules, budgets, and workflows in support of Market Quality process integration projects. This role will include leading and participating in broad scope requests and understanding/navigating complex Market Quality integration requirements. This individual will be required to work with little supervision to define, document, present and provide accurate product status to the Program Manager.

This Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's data-driven, cloud-native, and machine learning projects . The Product Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining product framework, schedules, budgets, and workflows in support of Market Quality process integration projects. This role will include leading and participating in broad scope requests and understanding/navigating complex Market Quality integration requirements. This individual will be required to work with little supervision to define, document, present and provide accurate product status to the Program Manager.
This Product Manager must be willing to commit to the following:
- Be flexible to work extended hours on short notice for emergency situations
- Willing and able to work occasional weekends and/or holidays to support client's operations
- Provide occasional remote on a rotating basis to support client
- Travel occasionally for meetings throughout the U.S. (travel expenses will be reimbursable)
- Proactively manage schedules to achieve related project deliverables in an agile leadership mindset.
- Facilitate and coordinate regular reviews to reflect, plan, resolve/escalate project concerns and track product milestones.
- Foster strong relationships with Business and function groups, vital to success.
- Coordinate the project's daily activities amongst the team and function groups.
- Manage schedule changes, delays, and/or recovery efforts within the team and function groups.
- Support initiatives by collaborating with the team to clarify how decisions may impact schedules and budget and implement solutions to minimize potential risks.
- Maintain accurate product documentation as required by company guidelines.
- Multi-task multiple projects/objectives/deadlines in a highly ambiguous environment
- Review and incorporate requirement documentations developed by the BA team into the product plan.
- Communicate product progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of all resources assigned to a project.
- Take appropriate action to motivate and manage.
- Monitor product performance and adherence to quality, security, and regulatory standards.
- Champion best practices in data, cloud, and Client Ops.
- Manages turnover of product to postproduction as a requirement
- Follow all product artifact documentation / reporting requirements.
- Present to varying audiences, conduct in-depth technical analysis, lead, and prioritize multiple projects, work in a team environment as well independently.
- Maintain Project portfolio utilizing Client PM toolset (Clarity), create and update cost plan as needed.
- Manage vendors as needed.
- Monitor and schedule installation contractors within the product schedule.
- Provide input and guidance into the overall product initiatives.
- Perform resource trackability (materials ordering, receipt, resource analysis) .
- Play role of Technical Product Owner of Market Quality AI/Client product (including the previous existing iteration of AI/Client implementation).
Internal Contacts
- IT Management: Provide management with updates/status, receive direction, problem escalation, and obtain approvals and/or feedback for problem resolution tracking/issues related to Market Quality activities.
- Product and Technical Team: Collaborate, coordination of efforts, sharing ideas, communication, status, teaming, solving technical and project issues.
- Enterprise IT: Constructively collaborate, coordination of efforts, sharing ideas, communication, status, teaming, solving technical and project issues. Assist with upholding established policies and standards.
- Business Team: Collaborate, sharing ideas, communication, status, teaming, solving issues. Listen to the Business requests to ensure alignment in deliverables.
- Other Staff: Assist with upholding established policies and standards. Assist with executing established processes/procedures. Meet with designated department/project leaders concerning project innovations and changing to ensure IT understands requirements and installations meet compliance standards.
- External Suppliers: Develop and maintain a clear relationship with company vendors, conduct walk-through evaluations, submit, review, and select vendors as needed for pending projects, tasks, or innovations. Maintain an understanding of changing technology landscapes, applicability for adoption within company.

- Engineering or IS-related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Agile leadership experience in leading IT projects, demonstrated ability in planning, execution in all phases of IT projects.
- 5+ years Product and/or Project Management experience.
- PMP Certification or Scrum certification desirable.
- Excellent project management and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, diplomatic and conflict resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience to lead Agile team using JIRA in Sprint planning, Sprint review, retrospective reflection/improvement.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Experience with PM tool such as Clarity.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering data, cloud, or Client Ops projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Client frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- System architectural awareness and design
- Ability comprehend and understand situations to quickly draw conclusions and solve problems.
- Effectively communicate issues, oral, written, and interpersonal
- Skilled in conducting needs assessment, and able to align IT with business initiatives.
- Strong communication/people skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
