JOB TITLE:Product Manager

JOB LOCATION:2100 Ross Ave, Dallas TX 75201 (Dallas)

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for developing product management procedures, establishing standards for product requirements, refining product performance metrics, and leading practice alignment with agile development at scale to support delivery of software development products to advance value-based healthcare solutions for large employers with self-funded medical plans.  Specific duties include: (1) establishing standards for product requirements, roadmaps and release plans; (2) updating and refining product performance metrics and related business impact; (3) implementing product management platform and monitoring performance through AHA, ProdPad, and JIRA; (4) leading product teams and coordinating with engineering, marketing and other teams to deliver complex software products in client-facing environments; (5) driving development of UI wireframes, storyboards and prototypes for various applications in web and mobile platforms, using Balsamiq, lnvision, Axure and Adobe Suite or other design tools; (6) leading front-end development of sites, portals, applications on web and mobile platform using UI technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and approving front-end changes, website updates and product related enhancements before launch; (7) monitoring and communicating product health metrics to executive-level management team; and (8) providing training on agile best practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field; two years of product management experience, including specific experience managing complex processes across multiple teams; and proficiency with UX and product design.
