Product Manager, Customer Reporting Platform - Axalta Coating Systems

About the Job
The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our customer facing reporting platforms (Drivus Digital Services, Tableau KPI dashboards, etc.), from ideation to launch and beyond. They work closely with our development team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that end user reporting (business KPIs) products meet the needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition. The Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that enhancements to our end user reporting platform are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product strategy to stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Monitor the product's performance, using data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns in financial data and customer feedback.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including customers and vendors to ensure that the product meets their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong business acumen. Financial knowledge, with a good understanding of finance and accounting principles, financial statements, and financial ratios.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of KPIs commonly used in the Refinish industry is an asset.
- Experience using SFDC (SalesForce.com) and Tableau or Power BI a plus.
- Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling preferred.
