As the Product Manager, you will oversee and nurture our relationship with a major account with multiple divisions and numerous contacts. This role is essential for ensuring client satisfaction, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

- The salary is starting at $65,000 based on experience, with commission incentives

- Monday- Friday, regular business hours
Responsibilities for the Product Manager-Business Services:
- Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining regular communication across all business departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client needs and company objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service solutions.
- Understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contract renewals and manage pricing to maximize profitability.
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs to drive revenue growth.
Requirements for the Product Manager-Business Services:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction
- The ability to work with various business units
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
