This role will be responsible for implementing digital products supporting competitive intelligence, business development, and alliance management
This role will utilize the Scrum/Agile framework to continue our transformation to adopt those principles. The Business Development Product Manager is empowered and responsible for:Shaping and owning the digital product roadmap and visionMaintaining a customer-centric approach by understanding business processes, identifying pain points, gathering feedback, and incorporating user insights into product developmentOwning the creation, definition, and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutionsby balancing customer needs, opportunities, and technical debt of the squadBuilding, managing, mentoring, and coaching a squad consisting of indirect reports and external partnersEngaging with enterprise stakeholders, securing their input, and incorporating it into the work of the teamEmpowering the team to determine how to deliver development work most effectively and efficientlyGrooming best-in-class product features with detailed analysis of impact vs
