We work across Oracle teams, partners, and customers to accelerate the pace of innovation and to deliver new products and services for our partners and customers. **We are hiring a B2B Payments Product Manager.** Career Level - IC5 **Responsibilities** **Responsibilities** + **As a Product Manager in the O-SIG team, you will apply your industry expertise to provide professional guidance to operationalize B2B payments strategy, embedding payments capabilities within existing Oracle application and facilitating cross-industry adoption** + **Take a lead role in representing the requirements of financial institutions and collaborate with development team product owners to bring new embedded banking solutions to market** + **Construct and manage a comprehensive B2B payments project plan which will include Oracle product teams, Oracle clients, financial institutions/banks, and external partners** + **Inventory a comprehensive set of B2B payment requirements and drive a multi-year roll-out process. Including working with potential partner(s) to integrate respective features into broad Oracle capabilities** + **Work with financial institutions to design, prioritize and integrate banking solutions/products into Oracles embedded B2B wallet** + **Provide direction and input to create pricing structures by market/complexity of product** + **Monitor market developments, competitors, FinTechs, regulatory landscape to continuously enhance and scale up Oracle B2B payment solution** + **Pro-actively relationship manage financial ecosystem (banks and partners) to support expected business outcomes.** **Qualifications:** + B2B Payments experience is required. + Deep understanding and experience of Treasury/Payments line of business at a global bank including bank's 3 rd party risk management process + Implementation or operating experience with commercially available B2B payments solutions (Finastra, FIS, Global Pay, etc...) + Ideal candidates have driven significant program within financial services institution across full project life-cycle (strategy, design, technology implementation) involving process changes, innovation and change management as a consultant or and/or operator within a bank. + BS or MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. + 8 -12 years of related experience. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
