JOB SUMMARY: The Product Manager is responsible for aiding in the assessment, design, development and implementation of the Company's products and services to meet or exceed current and prospective customers' requirements and values.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with customers, leadership in Sales and Account Management, Business Operations, Finance, Legal, and other Company staff to identify and assess product/service development opportunities. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the market, financial and legal feasibility of implementing successful enhancements to existing products/services, as well as potential new ones. Develop recommendations into formal Business Cases.
2. Lead and/or assist project teams through the product ideation phase thru to bringing the concept to the market: concept development, conceptual design, product strategy, high level product design, scope and documentation, document experience/journey, product planning, and product management lifecycle.
3. Facilitate and contribute to analyses and decisions on how products/services should be developed, priced, distributed and/or maintained including outsourcing and external collaborations.
4. Manage the transition of new products and product enhancements from development status to operational status. Develop detailed implementation plans and lead cross-functional implementation teams.
5. Provide support to other Company departments as required, to ensure that all processes, documentation, communication, training, administrative, operational and technical support functions are in place prior to product release.
6. Periodically evaluate and report on the financial and operational performance of current products, services, systems and operational processes to determine if they need to be improved or modified in order to meet customer or market place needs.
7. Write business plan, vision and high level scope for product/services. Work with other departments to support documentation of associated policies, procedures and business rules.
8. Contribute to the development of effective marketing and communications plans and analyses, as well as initial customer proposals that promote Company products.
9. Use project management skills to assist with or lead corporate-level strategic projects that enhance the position of the Company in the marketplace.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and requirements.
12. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

JOB SCOPE:
The Product Manager works under limited supervision to independently complete job responsibilities. The incumbent possesses and applies knowledge gained through experience and a broad range of knowledge of policies and procedures within the field. The incumbent has significant latitude for unreviewed action and uses independent judgment.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
