Salary Range: $110K-$120K/Annum



Job Description:

• As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI-powered products and solutions.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of AI initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

• Product Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI initiatives. Identify market opportunities and customer needs to guide product development.
• Roadmap Development : Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for AI projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Data Analysis : Work with data scientists to analyze data, identify trends, and derive insights that inform product decisions and improvements.
• User Experience : Ensure that AI products deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. Gather user feedback and iterate on product features to enhance usability.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor the performance of AI products and solutions, using metrics and KPIs to assess their impact and effectiveness.
• Compliance and Ethics : Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, addressing any potential biases or risks.

• 8 + Years of experience

• Experience : Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management : Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams.
