About the Job
- Communicate with customer's R&D to understand customer's needs requirements.
- Develop new product roadmaps and set the guidelines and spec for the products including "should-cost" and target pricing estimates
- Lead and manage the product development process from inception through market launch
- Collect and ensure detailed customer requirements are integrated into new products.
- Communicate roadmaps, product portfolio, selling features, competitive advantages, market applications, etc. to world-wide sales force.
- Coordinate allocations of new products during development phase
- Manage all pricing for these products including pricing strategy
- Identify and pursue all profitable business opportunities (including, new products, new applications, new customers etc.)
- Respond to customers' RFQs and provide technical and marketing data to support the sales process
- Follow up customer's implementation and demand
- Provide periodical sales' forecasts
- Produce technical documents (specs, user guides etc.) and marketing documents (product brochures, product briefs, white papers etc.)
- Identify and quantify market opportunities for new products within the product line.
- Own and drive P&L (profit and loss) for product line and report P&L metrics to management.
- Monitor market share metrics to assess market performance in individual segments.
- Drive cost reductions and manage product change notification through customer base.
- Drive customizations and specification review process to win designs at new customers.
- Responsible for technical editing of product data sheets, specifications, and other collateral including website content
Education and Experience
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has an exceptional understanding of product/corporate strategy and high-tech hardware markets.
- The ideal candidate will display a high technical ability to effectively communicate with customers and peers on Ion Implant technologies, tools, and Disk Refurbishing details.
- Familiarity and comfort dealing with different Semiconductor Process and Hardware issues is critical, especially Ion Implant processes and related hardware.
- 10+ years of related industry experience.
- University Degree Required.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally to visit customers, attend tradeshows, etc.
- A proven record of leading and supervising a team of professionals representing the Product or Services in customer meetings or industry gatherings.

- Proficiency in the English language.
- Strong teamwork and professional maturity demonstrated in leading a team of industry professionals.
- Ability to lead a team of professionals to best represent our Products and Services in customer meetings and industry gatherings.
- Strong customer negotiation skills to achieve "best scenario possible" to close deals in support of our sales team.
- Ability to sell our value equation and eloquently and effectively to demonstrate the advantages of our BU and what we provide over and above the competition.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to market effectively or products and services.
Working Conditions
- This position is remote reporting to VP/GM of BU.
- Will require occasional off-site meetings or travel

The PM team owns the Product/Services, and as such, and through their central role in the organization and coordination with all parties, play an exceptionally pivotal and steering role in the organization.
