We’re looking for a Product Line Manager to join the Global Men’s Footwear Product Team. An ideal PLM is a collaborative teammate with a history of excellence and phenomenal attention to detail. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Men’s Footwear Product Creation Team manages the Flight Portfolio of the Jordan Brand. This role will lead and own all aspects of the product creation process of the Jordan Men’s Retro Business.
You’ll be working with the Product Management Team and a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design and Technical Design) on the footwear creation process from brief to final product approval. You will ensure that Product Team hits all Game Plan Dates by helping to prepare for meetings ( sample set-up, document preparation, managing pre-read documents, recapping meetings, etc.). You will help with documentation Management by scrutinizing documents communicating changes to the triad and key partners. You will be responsible for sample organization and tracking.
As our PLM, you will be the voice of the consumer; keeping the team informed on the changes with the consumer through newsletters and creative consumer downloads.
You will collaborate with the Merchandising team to create impactful presentations to effectively hand over the line to our Geo partners.
You will manage the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional triad partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate. Ensure data accuracy in key documents; VLP, 3YR Line Plan, Sells Tools, Miro Boards.
In addition, you will learn how to analyze various business metrics to help you plan and manage the line with your SPLM. You will work with the category information analyst to confirm the accuracy of the information in the MMX system (i.e., FOB, landed costs, targeted wholesale prices, forecasted units). You will help manage the three-year line plan.
A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of the information in key systems, sample management, participating in and conducting meetings, and providing clear communication to guide cross-functional teams thru critical checkpoints.

We work closely with our Product Management and Merchandising teammates, Design and Tech Development, Planning, and Operational teams to manage the product creation cycle.
WHAT YOU BRING
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training
+ 2 years of related experience in a product-related role
+ Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines
+ Passion for product, sneaker culture, and women’s businesses
+ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
+ Strong work ethic; takes the initiative and is proactive
+ A sense of curiosity and an eagerness to learn
+ Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (efficient in Keynote, Miro, PPT, etc.)
