Product Expert (Sales)
- Ensure outstanding service for every customer.
- Consistently maintain punctuality and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Generate and execute sales leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.).
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers, aiming to close sales.
- Efficiently create and manage customer orders.
- Collaborate with delivery and installation teams.
- Monitor and meet sales goals set by the manager.
- Provide timely feedback on service issues.
- Adapt to changing processes and business needs.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching.
- Utilize our IT systems for processing information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
- Treat all customers equally.
- Contribute as a team member to store operations.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly talk and hear while performing job duties.
- Actively stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.
- Frequently lift and move items (sometimes over 50 pounds).
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate pool and spa equipment, and read technical information.
- Potential exposure to safety and health hazards related to pool and spa operation and chemicals.
Expected Working Hours:
- Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required . Store hours :
- Monday through Friday 10am - 7pm.
- Saturday and Sunday 10am – 6pm.
Travel:
- Occasional travel between stores, the Corporate Office, and customer locations.
