The Product Director will be accountable for leading the patient focused strategies and execution for the lung cancer portfolio. In this role, you will focus both on the development of strategies and tactics for patient support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support Rybrevant patients.
Position Description:
- Leads development of integrated Patient Marketing Communications strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
- Develops 2025 Brand campaign including content & connections plan
- Shape & Lead Digital marketing strategy
- Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Creative, Media agency and key brand stakeholders
- Builds solid partnership with the insights and analytics team
- A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
- A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields
- Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
- People leadership experience
- Experience in oncology
- Experience with product launch preferred
