The Product Director will be accountable for leading the Nurse and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) focused strategies and execution for CAR-T. In this role, you will focus on the development of strategies and tactics for optimal Nurse/APP support and education, including insight generation, strategy development, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, alliance partners, clinical educators, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support CAR-T Nurses and APPs.
Position Description:
- Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
- Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Strategic Alliance Partner, Clinical Educators, Sales, Sales Learning & Development , Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
- Develop content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies
- Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
- Drive innovation to improve the CAR-T journey and differentiate the Nurse/APP experience
- Develop and articulate a compelling vision to mobilize shared resources against Multiple Myeloma strategic priorities
- Lead and develop a product manager direct report
- A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
- A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields
- Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
- People leadership experience
- Experience in oncology
- Experience in strategic alliance management is preferred
