Position Overview:
EverPass Media seeks a dynamic and experienced Product Director to help deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance the in-venue engagement experience. In this role, you will be a key contributor responsible for shaping product vision, strategy, and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with EverPass Media’s overall business objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of a product roadmap that delivers high-impact features and improvements, prioritizing initiatives that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings are ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product development, from concept to launch.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align teams on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as a key point of contact for executive leadership, providing regular updates on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Customer Focus & Insights:
- Engage with customers, gather insights, and translate their needs into actionable product requirements that enhance user experience.
- Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and market research to identify new product opportunities and refine existing features.
- Drive the adoption of a customer-centric approach within the product team to ensure that every decision made has the end-user in mind.
- Execution & Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and products.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage the product release process, ensuring smooth communication, training, and adoption for both internal teams and external customers.
- While this role does not require immediate leadership responsibilities, there will be opportunities to take on a leadership role in the future as the team grows and you develop within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and other team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Play an active role in helping shape best practices in product management, including user research, data analysis, backlog prioritization, and agile development practices.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of product management best practices, including agile methodologies, user research, and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing product team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the in-venue engagement or media/entertainment industry is highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
- Proficient in Spanish.
- Experience in a distributed team environment across multiple time zones.
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $185,000 - $235,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
