Product Development Project Manager - The Goodkind Co

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as the Product Development Project

Manager. This role is responsible for planning and tracking new product development from start

to finish, replenishment, repackaging, and reformulation projects. The project manager's primary

responsibility is to work with the Sales team to ensure projects are accurately scoped,

documented, and completed on time. As such, the Project Manager liaises with all cross-

functional teams including Research and Development, Operations, and Quality, to ensure

projects are fully executed on time. This role will report to the Director of Project Management

and work closely to support the SVP of Partnerships (Sales team).

You are a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of experience in project

management. You thrive managing complex projects, balancing multiple at once, while also

helping to lead prioritization of projects internally. While this role will be internally focused, there

will be expectations to be comfortable with client-facing communication.

? Organize, coordinate, and manage projects from the first inquiry to the launch

? Be comfortable with creating and leading internal process development

? Develop project timelines and track key dates and deliverables accordingly

? Cross-department coordination and communication of essential deadlines, project

commitments, and quality requirements

? Provide weekly status reports to internal teams as well as the client, highlighting areas of

risk or potential roadblocks requiring assistance to mitigate

? Schedule and provide agendas as well as meeting notes for all internal and external

meetings

? Handle and resolve complex customer requests and/or complaints

? Bachelor's Degree

? Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification

(Preferred but not required)

? A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2-3 years working in a project

management role within a client service environment such as consulting services,

marketing/advertising agencies, or software development companies

? Ability to multitask and execute under tight deadlines

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business planning, and project

organization

? Interest and/or experience in the beauty and personal care space, preferred but not

required
