Job Title: Product Development Engineer III

Location: St Paul, MN

Duration: 12 Months

Job Overview:

This is an on-site role requiring up to 5 days in the office. You'll lead and support R&D projects for medical device development, focusing on intravenous infusion sets and connection devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive R&D deliverables through design control processes and good engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and transfer designs.
• Engineer robust products using DFSS principles and statistical techniques.
• Develop design inputs, test methods, and execute verification testing.
• Provide design documentation for global regulatory filings.
• Lead requirements definition, test protocol development, and defect management.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BS in Mechanical, Materials, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools.
• Knowledge of medical device design controls and documentation.
• Strong project management and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing.
