Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and/or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on aesthetics and design. 2. Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms. 3. Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch. 4. Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality. 5. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. 6. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. (remote work benefit). **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. Requires a Master's degree in Design, Design Management, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and one year of work experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation. Requires one year of experience in the following: 8. 1. Building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features or products across a variety of platforms 9. 2. Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs 10. 3. Prototyping 11. 4. Visual design, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography 12. 5. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users 13. 6. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts 14. 7. Defining product specifications and user experiences 15. 8. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing 16. 9.
