As a Product Designer at Array you will be a foundational member of a team, designing one of the most important aspects of our products. You will be working directly with leadership to define product strategy internally and externally, strategizing from a creative and design standpoint, how to ensure our products continue to be successful and dynamic for the end user. You will work alongside product managers, developers, and operational teams while designing products that internal and external customers love. This role will report to our Group Product Manager.
You Have:
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web and mobile based products founded in data and customer insights.
- Smart design instincts & best practice knowledge to translate user problems, user goals, business objectives and technical constraints into excellent product experiences.
- Ability to lead and brainstorm solutions to current pain points, take input from stakeholders, act as a liaison between designers, engineers, and researchers, and help compose mock-ups through wireframes and prototypes.
- Desire and comfort with asking tough questions to peers and leadership to clearly define the business problem.
- Vision for structure, scalability and creativity with demonstrated success in a financial technology or growth startup environment.
- Ability to simplify while iterating and ownership while maintaining flexibility with changing business needs.
You Will:
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
- Collaborate with the product team to frequently propose new solutions to complex user-centered design problems.
- Collaborate with your squad to identify the highest impact areas to work on, develop hypotheses, test, and iterate.
- Consistently integrate quantitative and qualitative data into essential product decisions.
- Work with multiple product managers across squads to help brainstorm, build & validate solutions to user problems & goals.
- Work with Engineers on your squad to understand constraints, hand off designs, and run design QA.
- Collaborate with your squads during weekly sprint planning & daily standups to ensure that we are building the best experience.
Pay Transparency: $100,000+ base salary, depending on experience.
