---About the teamThe TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product division's goal is to meet all of our privacy, responsibility and compliance requirements while providing the best user experience to responsibly consume, create, and enjoy content on TikTok.
---Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine existing control frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations.- Work with product and engineering to act as the first line of defense, monitoring controls and risk remediations for compliance with established standards.- Serve as the primary liaison between the product team and stakeholders to support various compliance assessments and audits, including managing documentation and transparency reporting.- Drive process improvement initiatives related to compliance and regulatory management across the product lifecycle.- Support regulatory engagements, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to external requests and inquires.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in program management with a focus on audit, compliance, or regulatory engagements.- Experience in working with product and/or engineering teams with proven ability to understand product offerings and technical solutions.- Strong understanding of key global and regional privacy and safety frameworks.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.---Preferred Qualifications- Background in product management or data analytics is a plus.---TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
