Solugenix is assisting a client, a financial services company, in their search for a Product Analyst. This is a long-term contract opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with a proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus.
• Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes.
• Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization, internally and externally.
• Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization.
• Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $45/hour to $50/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
