Job Description: Must have:
Contributes to defining product vision and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Informs messaging and communication artifacts around product vision and delivery for stakeholder briefings.
Works with Product team to help deliver products including definition of feature requirements, prioritization and sequencing, coordination of product demos and user feedback sessions, and rollout management.
Collects and synthesizes findings from customer research and product design to backlog prioritization decisions.
Executes user acceptance testing approach and scripts.
Monitors and communicates product - specific operational KPIs once a product enters production and provides expert insights for improvement opportunities.
Promotes full adoption of product features and provides training and onboarding support for new users.
Experience Required:
Experience helping to manage a Product via agile methodology (Required), or Performing business analysis in support of technology development using agile methodology.
Responsibilities: Must have:
Supports an agile product team throughout the product lifecycle from inception through retirement.
Performs industry, business, and technical analysis; assists Product team in curating product roadmaps and prioritization in line with business objectives.
Supports Product and business teams in soliciting and defining requirements and features.
