Overview:
Taxfyle is seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the product and data team in developing and executing strategies that align with our company’s goals and customer needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for feature development.
• Create detailed data requirements to gather insights about product usage and business metrics.
• Provide support to the development and data teams for efficient execution.
• Track and analyze product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Take on bug duty, managing and prioritizing bug reports and conducting bug review sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience using SQL and data visualization.
• Experience or knowledge of process mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Passion for fintech and a desire to improve financial services.
