Purpose of Your Work:
As a Product Analyst working within Redwood Logistics (our shared services team), you will bring your passion for data-driven product development to our core business area, enabling our product and engineering teams to prioritize features that delight customers.
Your responsibilities will focus on collecting and analyzing product performance data, conducting user research, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. You'll track key performance indicators, monitor market and competitor dynamics, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to develop comprehensive feature requirements and product roadmaps. Through detailed user surveys, performance dashboards, and strategic analyses, you'll help shape product strategy by identifying opportunities for enhancement, prioritizing feature development, and communicating critical insights that drive technology investment and product innovation.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Collect and analyze data related to product performance, user behavior, and market trends
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the product, engineering, and business teams
- Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback and understand user needs
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps and feature requirements, including writing users stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams
- Monitor competitor products and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
- Communicate findings and insights to the product team to inform product strategy and decision-making

- Proficient knowledge of SQL (incl. aggregate functions, joins, etc.) or other structured programming language(s) (e.g. Python, R, JavaScript)
- Experience designing and implementing highly visible, complex, and innovative analytical solutions that drive business decision making
- Demonstrated success influencing senior level stakeholders on strategic direction based on recommendations backed by in-depth analysis
- Previous experience in software product management, business analysis, and/or competitive market intelligence
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to rapidly develop and cultivate trusted relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Growth mindset and positive “can do” attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, economics, mathematics, or other related field

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
Compensation Range:
$65,000 - $95,000
This position is eligible to earn an annual incentive based on individual and company performance.
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job, and the budgeted funds for this role.
