POSITION SUMMARY:
Summer Friday, a creative content and marketing agency, is looking for a Producer/Project Manager who will work within our Video Production and Marketing teams, reporting to the Director of Video & Content. Working across multiple clients in various verticals, the Producer/Project Manager will manage day-to-day tasks with emphasis on project management, project estimates and schedules, quality assurance and internal and client facing communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide quality assurance across all stages of video production (scripting, storyboards, animation and live action videos); and all agency creative output including emails, websites, social content and more.
Manage agency team schedules to ensure we remain nimble & efficient while delivering flawless execution.
Resource management, assigning tasks and hours to workload plans
Manage voice over casting, booking talent, sourcing project assets (stock footage, photography, music, etc) and licensing.
Facilitate generating caption files for video
Create, maintain and update project schedules and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Update and maintain workload in project management application, Wrike
Review and facilitate the completion of projects internally by collaborating closely with the creative and production teams.
Update client and agency status documents and stay on top of upcoming tasks.
Create and edit Google Sheets and Slides
Organize account files and documents electronically.
Assist in billing worksheet reviews.
Provide support to Video Production and Marketing teams as needed.
Maintain general knowledge of industry/client business beyond the assignment at hand.
Well versed in all social channel best practices including paid and organic posts.
Research industry trends or client-specific requests and provide thought leadership content to internal teams and clients as appropriate.
Engage in communication and be a Trusted Advisor to our clients, providing exceptional service, expert advice and input as well as information and necessary explanations in a timely and high-quality and professional manner.

General expectation of 10-6 EST, but flexible schedules based on client needs and project requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of experience in agency environment preferred producing content
Experience in Video, Digital, Social, Content, and Strategy preferred
Must have knowledge of video production and process, specifically post production (animation, editorial, etc)
Strong creative sense with keen eye, knowledge and interest in design, animation, illustration, and photography
Top-notch organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in order to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management platform experience preferred
Good listener with willingness to take notes
Proficient in Google Workspace
Strong initiative and personal drive
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Critical thinking and ability to anticipate team and client needs
Calm demeanor, positive outlook, ability to collaborate with and inspire team members and clients

Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Summer Friday is considering for this position.
