Are you passionate about sourcing and supply chain management? As a Procurement Specialist, you'll independently create comprehensive supply management strategies to fulfill our company's needs. This exciting role involves designing the statement of work, understanding requirements, setting performance benchmarks, and establishing cost goals. You'll excel in identifying potential suppliers, liaising with various departments, obtaining and analyzing proposals, preparing negotiations, and making informed source selection recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven background in Supply Chain and adeptness in industry concepts
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent command of MS Office and purchase order software
• Meticulous attention to detail and team spirit
• Capacity to prosper in high-pressure, dynamic settings
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude are must-haves
• Must have a valid Driver's License

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Efficiently monitor all open purchase orders
• Provide weekly reports on outstanding purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers as necessary
• Execute the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan to bolster PEM
• Collaborate with shipping/receiving for delivery verification and issue reporting
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of regularly needed materials
• Adopt a cost-reducing approach to enhance company competitiveness
• Expertise in direct supply base material acquisition
• Work across functions to drive excellent PEM results
• Strict adherence to safety protocols
• Perform duties safely without posing risk to oneself or others
• Handle other assigned tasks
