Qualifications and responsibilities for this Procurement Specialist position include:

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
Proficiency in MS Office and Dynamics 365 preferred
Requesting and tracking samples, placing orders, and managing order confirmations
Ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of materials to job sites
Managing attic stock and filing material claims
Collaborating with Project Coordinators and tracking order logistics
Handling data entry and invoice inquiries with accuracy and urgency
Supporting the company’s team-building initiatives and continuous development programs

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
