The Procurement Operations Analyst is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system by reviewing all purchase requests to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will lead procurement projects to completion, synthesize data from multiple sources and summarize it to support informed decision making, develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
With a strong focus on detail, analytical reporting, customer service, and stakeholder support, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis to provide actionable insights. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels in delivering high-quality support.
You'll Get To::- Review all purchase requests in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Collect, synthesize, and summarize data from multiple sources, including historical contracts and spending records, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and deliver analytical reports that provide actionable insights for procurement managers and other stakeholders.
- Create, document, and maintain SOPs to standardize procurement processes and ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead procurement-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
- Identify opportunities for procurement process improvements and drive the implementation of new initiatives.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
- Act as a primary point of contact internal stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement processes and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase requests, SOPS, and other procurement documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide training to internal stakeholders on P2P system usage, procurement policies, and compliance requirements.
- Address and resolve discrepancies, errors, or inquiries related to procurement requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and alignment with organizational goals.

- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient in managing SaaS or cloud-based procurement tools
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to take ownership of specific responsibilities · Demonstrated ability to lead teams of procurement professionals a plus

Years of Experience in Related Field: 3-5
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, data analysis, supply chain, finance, accounting, or related roles with a focus on process management and compliance.
Required Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and synthesizing information in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making and generating actional insights.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and completing procurement projects on time.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing and processing procurement data
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills, both at an interpersonal level and with broader audience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear, comprehensive records.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful in overcoming challenges and finding innovative approaches.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience administering P2P platforms such as Coupa (preferred), SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Experience in developing, documenting, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for procurement processes.
Working Conditions
- This is a hybrid role based 2 days in the Woodland Hills Office. Some limited travel may be required for projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary Range::USD $85,000.00 - USD $114,000.00
