The assignment will be about 2 months and will primarily be assisting our Procurement department get up to date with their contracts and vendor information.
Desired Qualities:
Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen if Required by Client.

The assignment will be about 2 months and will primarily be assisting our Procurement department get up to date with their contracts and vendor information.
Desired Qualities:
- Previous contract management experience or familiarity with contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service (they will be contacting vendors)
- Run reports in OpenGov to check for expirations of licenses, insurance, and contracts, and set up future reminders for these checks.
- Assist staff in contacting departments and vendors to obtain certificates of insurance. Many contracts are currently in breach due to missing or expired insurance certificates.
- Review files and dispose of those that are past the retention schedule.
- Assist with reviewing PCard transactions and their backup documentation.
- Update the "Under 10k " spreadsheet when task orders are completed, including vendor and quote information.
- Update vendor information in OpenGov. Currently, many contracts lack vendor contact details.
