Now Hiring: Procurement Manager
Job Type: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
This position operates in a hybrid model, with partial time in office and partial time remote. This position may require occasional travel to warehouses, vendors, or facilities as needed.
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative procurement manager to lead our procurement team. You will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes.
Our procurement manager will be a supply chain expert who will specialize in implementing cost-effective purchases of all goods and services, as required by the company. Ensuring quality control and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures on supply chain management will be some of your main priorities when carrying out this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Supply Chain.
- Manage team member production and satisfaction.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Monitor supplier programs details.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Approving purchase orders and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Overseeing and managing inventory levels and the supply of goods.
- Preparing procurement reports.
- Set Company Cycle counts – Schedule and review the Cycle counts after they are completed and posted by the branch managers / Procurement team.
- Have the ability place purchase orders when needed.
- Work directly with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any vendor invoice/credit issues.
- Understand the equipment offered and oversee the quoting and supply of capital equipment.
- Manage and review equipment inventory.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management.
- Experience using supply chain software and tools.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Automotive industry beneficial.
