The Professional/Direct Hire Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnered with a strong and growing organization in Richland County, Ohio, to find an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize their purchasing operations. This role offers a competitive salary range of $80K–$120K, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Proficiency in NetSuite ERP or similar ERP systems.
Proven success managing $10M+ in goods purchasing.
Experience overseeing $6M+ in inventory and managing 12,000+ SKUs.
Effective management of a team.
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies is a bonus.
High energy, collaborative mindset, and strategic vision to support growth and success.

This role involves occasional travel to trade shows and vendor meetings. Please note, this opportunity does not offer remote or hybrid work. The team values a hands-on, collaborative culture where leaders are active participants in driving the organization's success.
