Procurement Manager - HR & Professional Services - Ecolab Inc

Join the Ecolab Global Indirect Procurement team in St. Paul as a Procurement Manager supporting the HR and Professional Services Categories. As a Procurement Manager - Indirect, you will drive the sourcing strategy and enterprise initiatives for a cleaning, sanitizing, water, and energy solutions fortune 500 company through the development of strategic business relationships both domestically and internationally. This take-charge leader will lead indirect procurement activities for assigned subcategories, including HR and Professional Services. The strong performer will be recognized as procurement strategy expert and will collaborate with divisional and functional stakeholders along with suppliers to identify and drive total delivered cost savings, security of supply, innovation, and process improvements. The leader can expect further career advancement with Ecolab and will have the opportunity to lead in other procurement and supply chain leadership roles. What you will do: Effectively develops and communicates strategies, plans, actions and results to leadership and stakeholders Creates and maintains preferred supplier list for each category Aligns with the category teams to select suppliers and negotiate agreements Works closely with stakeholders to understand present & future services requirements Identifies and develops potential new suppliers and technologies Manages the TDC (Total Delivered Cost) process for selected Categories Implements new product sourcing strategies, procurement tools, technology, andprocesses to improve results & increase efficiencies Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field 5+ years' experience in procurement, marketing, IT, or supply chain Strong negotiation skills and contracts management experience in Professional Services, HR Categories, and other Indirect categories.
