Summary of Position:

The Data Management Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the data on all direct materials (raw materials & packaging, etc.), Intermediates, and finished products are entered and maintained in Quaker Houghton systems. Typically uses data from standard processes currently in use at Quaker Houghton (JDE system, database software and spreadsheets).

• Maintain all material data in the QH system, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all information
• Maintain QH RM global master list and the Finished good log for new codes assigned.
• Monitor and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies. Inform supervisor of inconsistencies or issues
• Follow all processes via Standard operations procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI), as well as offer continuous improvement to develop best practices and efficiencies in assignments
• Raw material introduction process (RMIP): Update all relevant resources (master lists, JDE etc.) as indicated by each RMIP. New product introduction process (NPI): Update all relevant resources (master lists, JDE etc.) as indicated by each NPI
• Work with all internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure the accuracy of information on direct materials , intermediates and finished products
• Other duties as required

• Typical light office work

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0 – 2 years of general industry experience (chemicals, petrochemicals, etc.) including experience in procurement or comparable valuable experience from other areas (marketing, sales, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Managing multiple priorities & tasks; Strong time management capabilities
• Proven to work under deadlines and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong Excel skills
