Compensation: $25-30/hr
Location: Houston, TX
Position: Procurement Admin
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Admin to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Create and update Procurement Status Reports
- Run reports from Oracle ERP system
- Process receiving transactions in Oracle ERP
- Communicate with material receivers in the field to validate and reconcile POs received in Oracle ERP
- Create and update shared files on company site
- Upload PO receipt documentation on company site
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain proper paperwork for PO file closeout
- Various other administrative duties to support the Procurement department
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Administrative Assistant, Purchasing Clerk, Administrative Coordinator, Inside Sales Assistant, Legal Assistant, Shipping Clerk or Operations Coordinator
- Experience with an ERP
- Experience with Data Entry
- Proficient in Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior Midstream O&G experience
- Excellent communication skills
