What you'll do on a typical day:
- Acts as the Region primary point of contact with corporate departments related to any P2P activities, questions, or communications.
- Consult with P2P team and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop learning solutions to meet those needs
- Measure and evaluate the impact of training initiatives on the organization
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs based on identified performance measures in order to enhance job performance and meet business objectives
- Provide ad-hoc training to employees on process-related issues, and escalates non-compliance matters to Region management and leadership as needed.
- Guides new hires to the appropriate training materials related to the user role in the P2P process.
- Lead change management including communication, documentation, and training necessary to execute improvement projects
- Host live in classroom, virtual, recorded, and on-site training sessions
- Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher education
- Run cross-functional team meetings efficiently and optimally, with the ability to connect dots and influence key decisions.
At a minimum, you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in learning & development or similar role
- Strong organization, prioritization, team-work and communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to tailor message to the target audience
- Prior experience with identifying learning needs and developing learning interventions
- Prior experience with curriculum design and development
- Ability to travel 15% domestically
- Oracle Fusion Experience
- Understanding of End to End P2P Process
