Processing Specialist | San Antonio, TX - CornerStone Staffing

As a Processing Specialist I, you will assist with the motor vehicle title and registration process. This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain files and documents. Training will be provided on state tax and title requirements. You will handle scanning, quality control, document prep, accounting, and customer service for select clients.

Job Title: Processing Specialist I
Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $16 - $18/hourly

What You'll Do:

• Maintain knowledge of DMV laws and regulations related to vehicle titles.
• Ensure title and registration work complies with state regulations.
• Prepare and verify paperwork for submission to county tax offices.
• Resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• Perform daily scanning and quality control of title and registration transactions.
• Bundle license plates and maintain inventory.

Ideal Candidate:

• Job Stability demonstrated on the resume. - REQUIRED.
• Proficient in MS Excel - REQUIRED.
• Previous experience as a Title Clerk.
• Experience in MS Word and RTS.
• Strong data entry experience.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
