Process Technician
- Pay: $22/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Shift: Night shift, Sunday through Thursday, 10:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision, profit sharing, 401(k)
About the Role
As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality production processes. Your work will involve troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing industrial equipment to ensure seamless production operations.
Process Technician Responsibilities
- Maximize production efficiency using best practices and root cause analysis to address issues.
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial equipment used in producing plastic parts.
- Apply corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Ensure production meets set standards for cycle times, scrap, and efficiency.
- Support daily schedule changes and provide necessary technical assistance.
- Write clear and concise work instructions and improve manufacturing methods.
- Troubleshoot EOAT/robotics issues and manage tool set/pull procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in production processing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IQMS).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of cavity pressure and interpreting molding machine data.
- Knowledge of tooling and robotics systems.
- Ability to write detailed work instructions.
- Systematic Molding Certification with a minimum score of 80%.
