Process Technician - Path Engineering

As a Machine Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for maintaining machines and equipment, coordinating machine changeovers, ensuring safety conditions, and contributing to continuous process improvement. You will also be involved in maintaining quality specifications in ongoing production and conducting daily audits to ensure all equipment is running within the process parameters.

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and additional training such as Associates Degree, Advanced Manufacturing Certificate, or Technical Trade Certification.
• 5 years’ experience in set-up of injection molding equipment. RJG and automation experience is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness, coaching skills, composure, and personal accountability. Good people and communication skills, mechanical ability, and basic math skills are also required.
