Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Process Technician - Injection Molding, you will be required to:
1. Operate and maintain injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the injection molding process.
3. Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
4. Monitor and adjust processing parameters to maintain product consistency.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new production processes.
6. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on injection molding machinery.
7. Document all process and equipment changes accurately and promptly.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
9. Participate in cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
10. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Process Technician - Injection Molding position, you must possess the following:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the injection molding industry, specifically in a process technician role.
2. Proficient knowledge of injection molding processes, machinery, and auxiliary equipment.
3. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
4. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and maintain high-quality standards.
5. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery maintenance.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
10. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications related to the job.
