Job Description:
As a Process Technician, you will perform a variety of manufacturing and operational tasks to support the production of CMC components and sub-assemblies. You will be expected to follow company and regulatory standards, including safety, health, environmental, quality management, and production systems
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure its safety and reliability.
- Perform routine tasks related to the manufacturing and assembly of components.
- Work independently or collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and ensure quality standards.
- Safely handle compressed gas cylinders and other potentially hazardous chemicals.
- Follow production plans to meet customer requirements.
- Address team conflicts constructively to maintain a professional and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in cost-reduction and operational improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction.
- Be adaptable to work on second or third shifts as needed by the business.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with working with compressed gases in industrial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Pay Rate:
$22-27 per hour DOE
