Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Jack/Jill-Of-All-Trades to fill our in-person process service coordination position. You must have Arizona Civil Procedure knowledge and be familiar with the various counties and courts. Although we primarily serve here in Arizona, we serve documents nationwide and will expect you to have a general knowledge of service rules.

Your primary daily job duties will include:

• Receive and review service requests from clients, provide feedback if documents need to be corrected

• Prepare service packages and dispatch to appropriate server

• Follow up with and monitor servers for status updates and details

• Follow up with process servers for Affidavits/Certificates of Service and ensure accuracy of same

• Communicate with clients daily providing status updates on serves, requesting additional service information, etc...

• File Affidavits of Service with the appropriate court when applicable

In addition to the above, you may be asked to proofread for our Publication department or assist with property postings for our Posting department. There's no heavy lifting in our office but we're a team and we pitch in when and where we can.
