As a Process Piping Designer I in our Chapel Hill office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient manufacturing projects, implement novel technologies to better our health and our environment, and create a better future for all.

Responsibilities

Here's why we need you:

In this role, you will convert system design concepts into facility models in close partnership with our senior team members and subject matter experts. You will be developing complex Process and Industrial system equipment layouts, piping floor plans, details, and 3D models. You will have an opportunity to contribute to innovative and unique process solutions in the industrial markets including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, food, petrochemical, and energy and utility.

Qualifications

Expertise of our most successful Process Piping Designer I:

• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in designing plumbing/piping systems preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD required; Proficiency with Revit and/or Plant3D or similar programs.
• Ability to interpret design criteria and convert it into specific layouts.
