Title: Process Operator 1st Shift
Location: Elyria, Ohio
Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday with overtime opportunities 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Compensation: $16 per hour

Job Summary: As a Process Operator in Elyria, Ohio, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of the dry blend seasonings during the first shift. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow manufacturing processes, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. The role includes overtime opportunities for those willing to contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of spices and seasonings.
2. Follow established processes to ensure accurate blending and packaging.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality.
• Strong work ethic and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Must wear steel-toe footwear for safety.
