Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Mapping Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and optimize business processes. The successful candidate will lead efforts to create detailed process maps, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, observe workflows, and collect process data on steps, timings, and decision points.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and delays.

Process Mapping & Documentation

• Create visual representations of processes using tools such as flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and BPMN notation.
• Clearly depict the sequence of activities, decision points, and potential bottlenecks.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation and technical reports.

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and workflow redesign.
• Propose and implement solutions that address key process issues.
• Lead process improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to gather process-related information and feedback.
• Present findings, proposed improvements, and implementation plans to stakeholders and leadership.

Training & Change Management

• Document process changes clearly and concisely.
• Support the implementation of process updates by conducting training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Education:2–4 year degree.
• Experience:At least 15 years of process mapping experience with proficiency in using process mapping tools and techniques.
• Relevant Experience:Public service and grant management experience.
