Who we are looking for / Requirements:

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytically minded Process Improvement Analyst eager to contribute to our mission of delivering superior water, waste, and energy management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a keen ability to comprehensively gather and analyze process data. Experience in facilitating brainstorming sessions and user testing and a talent for identifying and implementing practical process improvements is essential. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site in Richmond, VA, and must be open to a contract role with the potential for full-time conversion.
