Process Engineer from System One

Provide design, calculations, and other activities related to process engineering.

Requirements:

• Process Flow Diagrams, equipment specifications, data sheets, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Perform/review material and energy balances, tank and vessel sizing, drain and vent sizing, heat loss, pipe pressure loss, pump and compressor sizing.
• Provide process technical support for Process Hazard Analysis and Hazard and Operability Analysis (PHA, HAZOPs)
• Prepare thermodynamic process models and run simulations.
• Prepare/review specifications and technical reports.
• Review and edit drawings prepared by designers, Co-Ops, Interns, and Engineers.
• Manager discipline-specific project, adhering to established budgets and schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• 4+ years Engineering experience.
• Proficient with ChemCAD, Aspen or Promax
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Renewable Energy industries is preferred
• EIT or P.E. Certification Preferred
